ITG 2009 Registration is now open!

Registration for the 34th Annual International Trumpet Guild Conference in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is designed to be convenient for everyone. Choose the option that best fits your needs.

The PRINTABLE PDF FORM will allow you to print the application, complete it and send it in via mail or FAX

The ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM is quick and easy. Please use this link to register for the entire week of ITG 2009 (May 26-30)

The ON-SITE REGISTRATION OPTION allows you to walk-on to the conference and pay when you arrive. However, if you pre-register by April 26, 2009, you will save $50.00 on the registration fee.

The DAILY REGISTRATION OPTION exists for those who can only join us for part of the conference. Participants choosing this option can register using the on-line registration form, PDF Form, or simply register on-site when they arrive.

ITG AWARDS LUNCHEON

A highlight of this year’s conference will be the newly structured ITG AWARDS LUNCHEON on Saturday, May 30th at 12:30 PM. This event will honor outstanding students, competition finalists, and conference award winners.

The ITG AWARDS LUNCHEON will be hosted in the Ballroom of the Hilton hotel, and will be directly followed by The Young Guns Jam Session; a concert featuring some of the hottest young trumpeters in jazz recently recognized by Downbeat Magazine. We hope you will join us for this musical and savory feast. You may pre-register for the luncheon, along with your conference registration, or during the first day of registration at the conference.
