Accessing Murray Library Databases from Off-Campus

All Messiah College employees and students may link to our databases from off campus. To do so, please follow these directions: For students studying abroad--see number 3 below.

1. Click on Articles/Databases/Subjects.
2. Select your database either from the alphabetical list OR from one of the subject lists.
• Linking from A-Z list, you will be prompted for your Messiah College user name and password. You will now be able to link in to the full database you wish to use.
• Linking from a topical list, select the off-campus option. Continue as in "a" above.


3. Students studying abroad: Not able to connect? If you are unable to access the databases, try following the instructions here: This will install a program onto your computer that should let you access anything on Messiah's network, no matter where you are.

 NOTE: Due to publishers' licensing restrictions, most databases are available only to Messiah College employees and students.
