Interlibrary Loan - Renewal Request Form

Requests for ILL renewals should be submitted prior to the due date marked on the bookstrap attached to the book. You will be notified of the new due date via e-mail as soon as we hear back from the lending library. Until you are contacted by the ILL department, you may continue to use your borrowed book.
