Suzanne C. Miller Roper to perform in concert at Messiah College GRANTHAM, Pa. (September 30, 2004) Messiah College’s Student Activities Board will present a concert featuring Roper on Monday, Oct. 18, at 9 p.m. in the Larsen Student Union, located on the college’s Grantham campus. After the breakup of the Christian ska band Five Iron Frenzy at the end of 2003, lead singer Reese Roper decided to form another band, Roper. The new band is comprised of Reese Roper (vocals), Jonathan Byrnside (lead guitar), Jonathan Till (bass guitar), Stephen Till (rhythm guitar) and Nick White (drums). The band’s first album will be released on Oct. 19 and they are currently touring in support of their upcoming album. For further information on the band, visit their website at www.roperisdumb.com.
