Learn about African Animals and Culture. Due to high demand registration is closed for this activity. Walks ins may be accepted if there are openings. June 22nd Unearth the Past! Discover Geology and Fossils.
July 6th Become a Scientist! Create, design and test our own hypothesis as you
July 20th Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! Find out about the trash we make and where it goes.
August 3rd North America! Identify Animals Signs and Adaptations.
August 17th What’s in the Water? Explore the Yellow Breeches and Trout Run.
Curator Club TimeSaturdays 9:45 AM – 12:00 PM Doors open for registration at 9:35 AM Experienced TeachersCurator Club instructors are certified teachers assisted by Messiah College students. All staff members—instructors and assistants—have current clearances. Price
The cost for all six activities is $75 or $15 per individual activity. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required and space is limited. Walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the activity for a cost of $18 as space allows.
Curator Club members receive an annual membership card for free admission to The Oakes Museum of Natural History, a certificate for three free children's admissions to bring a friend, and a Curator Club t-shirt. For more information call 691-6082 (option 2) or email us at curatorsclub@messiah.edu

The Oakes Museum of Natural History reserves the right to cancel any program two weeks before it begins due to insufficient registration. All prepaid participants will receive a full refund. In fitting with the Oakes Museum mission statement, the Curator Club is a multifaceted science enrichment program. The program will provide a meaningful and hands on learning experience for the participants, challenging them to explore and question their world.
