How will the Office of Alumni & Parent Relations help me coordinate a reunion or alumni gathering?

We are prepared to assist alumni who wish to plan and coordinate an alumni gathering for social purposes in a manner that is supportive of Messiah College and/or the Alumni Relations program in many of the following ways:

• Meeting with planning coordinator
• Provide alumni contact data
• Provide publicity of approved events via alumni commutations
• Coordinate and send a print mailing (with appropriate advance notice)
• Arrange meeting places on-campus, if desired
• Assist in arranging food service for on-campus events (costs must be passed on to participants)
• Provide College literature and merchandise for giveaways
• Assist in providing a college faculty or staff member (if desired)
• Report and include photo as news item in future alumni publications
