Phillies Game on June 22
The Messiah Business Alumni Association is offering discounted tickets to the Phillies-Indians game on Tuesday, June 22 at Citizens Bank Park. Join us for a tailgate, sponsored by Lacher & Associates, prior to the game where you can enjoy food and network with other Messiah alumni and friends. Close to 100 alumni, parents and friends are registered and a few seats remain. Alumni gifts add up to twice

Thanks to the $100,000 Alumni Centennial Challenge grant sponsored by
the Messiah College Board of Trustees, all new or increased alumni gifts
contributed to the annual fund now through June 30, 2010 will be
matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000 per person. There’s never been a better time to make your gift.

Spring Athletic Update
Several spring athletic teams advanced to post season play while individual athletes were awarded for thier accomplishments. Highlights include the golf team's Matt Burkhart '13 moving on to compete for an individual national championship, Kristen Bates '10 claiming her third national championship in outdoor track and field, softball's Jessica Rhoads '12 named a Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division III First Team All-American, Jansen Hein '11, men's tennis, capturing the top singles title in the MAC Individual Championships and being named the 2010 Commonwealth Conference Player of the Year, and Christie McGinley '11 named an All-Commonwealth Conference tennis player. Messiah College Gathering in the Lehigh Valley, PA
The Alumni & Parent Relations Office sponsored a Messiah College gathering at the Crayola Crayon Factory on Saturday, May 22. 95 people attended including Messiah College parents, alumni and their families. See more photos online.
Ground Breaking for Worship and Performing Arts Center
A groundbreaking and naming ceremony for the worship and performing arts center took place on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. in the outside courtyard area of the Climenhaga Fine Arts Center, which is the future site of this wonderful new facility. In honor of their transformational gift for the Center, this new facility will be called the Calvin and Janet High Center for Worship and Performing Arts.
