Welcome to the Payroll Office

The Payroll Office is committed to the highest quality of customer service to the College community. It is our goal to support employees in all payroll-related needs. The Payroll Office strives to receive, process, route, remit, and retain all necessary payroll information for all groups of College employees. We work to assure that all payroll functions are conducted in the best interest of both the employee and the College.

The Payroll Office supports all employee groups across campus—administrative, faculty, staff, temporary/occasional, and student employees. Additionally we support both employees and the institution by ensuring appropriate tax withholding and reporting is conducted as required by law. The Payroll Office works closely with the Office of Human Resources as well as other Provost/Vice President areas and individual departments. Additionally, for student employees, our office works in conjunction with the Financial Aid Office.

The Student Employment function is managed within the Payroll Office by our Student Employment Coordinator. Student Employment is responsible for coordinating the hiring, processing, and paying of all student employees on campus.

We hope that the information contained in these web pages provides the payroll-related information that you need. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Reminder: With days remaining to the end of the fiscal year, you may be at risk of losing personal and vacation time. To check if you are at risk of losing any paid time off, check your balances in self-service. ( Employee > Leave Balances > at risk leave balances ). Remember to get permission from your supervisor before taking any time off.
