Administrative, Faculty, and Staff Employee Payroll

 

Welcome to the Employee Payroll section of our website. Here you will find important payroll information pertaining to your employment at Messiah College. Items listed below may be applicable to new employees, continuing employees or both. Should you have questions on any of the information presented below, please contact the Payroll Office.

 

In addition to the information presented on the Payroll website, please consult the HR Employee Manual maintained by the Office of Human Resources.

Please visit the Office of Human Resources' website for forms related to hiring, salary, account number, supervisor and other changes, as well as anything related to medical, retirement, insurance and other benefits.

Staff Time Sheets (biweekly)

Staff employees, those employees paid for the hours they work, are required to report the time they work on time sheets provided by the Payroll Office every other week. Some departments have the reporting function centralized through the department's administrative assistant. Click here to view a sample time sheet (in PDF format).

Administrative Leave Reports (monthly)

Administrative employees, those employees paid a salary but are not faculty or adjuncts, and who are also eligible to receive leave benefits, are required to report the time that they take off for personal, sick, vacation or funeral time. The Payroll Office will send you an Excel spreadsheet each month to use to report the time you have taken off.
