W-2s annual income statements can not be processed until after the annual, quarterly, and monthly tax reconciliations are completed. Thus, the statements are usually mailed around the beginning of the last week of January. If you do not receive a W-2 by February 6, please feel free to contact the Payroll Office.
Your W-2 will be mailed to the address that the Payroll Office has on file as your official "payroll address." In certain circumstances, the payroll address may be different than your mailing address. You may review your addresses at any time in Employee Self-Service.
students and employees residing on campus will continue to receive their W-2s via your campus mail
