Instructions for Setting Up Netscape to Send E-mail
If you are unable to send e-mail from within Netscape, you may need to follow the steps below to change your mail settings.

1. Click Edit in the toolbar and select the Preference option.
2. At left, double-click the Mail & Newsgroups option.
3. Click the Identity option.
4. Type in your Name, E-mail Address, and then type "Messiah College" in the Organization field.
5. At left, click on Mail Servers.
6. Type "mail@messiah.edu" in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server field.
7. Type your user name (which is the part of your e-mail address that occurs before the @ symbol) in the Outgoing Mailserver User Name field.
8. Click OK.
