Wide-Format Printing
In addition to offset capabilities, we now offer wide format inkjet printing. Come see us for all your poster and banner needs. Design assistance available.

Dictation
The college press offers a phone-in dictation service that can be accessed simply by dialing its number and talking into the phone from either on or off campus, 24 hours a day. Jobs are completed on a first-in, first-out basis and are usually completed within 24-36 hours of dictating.

To access this service on campus, dial extension 5619. From off campus, dial 796-1800, 1, extension 5619. Enter the 2 digit ID # (the last 2 digits of your extension) and then begin dictation. Press 9 when you are finished to disconnect.

Mailing Services
The college press can now produce your project from start to finish. Mailings can be printed and distributed quickly and cost-effectively, taking advantage of postal automation including address correction\ matching with USPS national directories, ZIP+4 and bar codes to reduce postal rates.

Word Processing
The college press offers a general word processing service to the campus community. Its services range from HP-generated report and letter printing, creating and/or printing mass merges, document formatting/layout, and general typing.

Printing
The college press offers a wide variety of offset printing. Our capabilities range from single-color projects to producing vibrant full-color brochures on a large range of stocks.

Duplicating
Our duplicating area is a mix of analog and digital high speed equipment. We are capable of producing your requests accurately with a quick turnaround to meet your needs.

Finishing
Our finishing area has a wide range of capabilities to serve you. We can add the final touches to your project to best suit your needs. The following is a list of our services we can offer:

Mass Emails

Delivery Services
Offering door-to-door delivery to most campus locations. Deliveries are scheduled twice daily; once in the morning and once in the afternoon depending on our workload.

Print Warehousing
For your convenience, printed materials are stored in our climate controlled warehouse and are available upon request.
