| Special Qualifications: |
This person should be technically proficient in the use of tools and basic forms of technical equipment, as well as a capability for remembering technical processes and information. This person should have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of sound and lighting operation, and be able to hear and know how to deal with distortion and feedback. This person should be flexible, able to take direction well, and be willing to learn. This person should also be able to interface well with people under pressure. This person should be independent, self motivated, have an ability to think for themselves, and use common sense. |

| Primary Duties: |
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various lighting, sound, and video equipment for conferences, camps, and functions.
- Provide the transportation of sound, video, and other conference services equipment.
- Monitoring of equipment as needed.
- Organize and prepare all technical equipment and needs for conferences, camps, and functions, as well as the upcoming school year.
- Checking in and out of equipment, updating of inventory, and organize multiple storage facilities.
- Repair and maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Handling of all technical issues in the absence of the Technical Coordinator.
- Assisting the Technical Coordinator as required.

| Secondary Duties: |
- Assist other Conference Services staff with guest relations, key control, and laundry services as needed
|

|
| REQUIREMENTS: |
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior sound experience.
- Weekend and evening work.
|
