Mellinger residence is an apartment style townhouse which houses 180 in its 41 one and two bedroom  apartments.  Mellinger is named for Mr. & Mrs. Abram D. Mellinger.   Mr. Mellinger is a Lancaster County developer and benefactor of the College, and was a member of the College's Board of Associates. 

Mellinger has air conditioning and carpeting.  It is also close to a sand volleyball court.

Location
Mellinger is located on the south side of campus across the street from Sollenberger Residence Hall and next to Witmer Residence Hall.  It is #21 on the campus map.
