Room Reservation Request Form

This form is for use by Messiah College students, faculty and staff for college-related activities only. Other requests must be directed to Heather Negley, Director of Conference & Event Services, at (717) 691-6009.

Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability. Please remember this is a REQUEST for a reservation. Filling out this form does not confirm your reservation. Once we have received your REQUEST and our office has confirmed that facilities are available, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. You will also receive an event description in campus mail.

If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, your reservation has not been officially approved. Your request will be responded to within two business days. If you have questions about a room reservation, please call Randy Heintzelman at x7227.
