As Director of Conference & Event Services, Heather is responsible for planning and managing the events and conferences on campus, maintaining and approving events for the master calendar, and contracting with outside groups for use of campus facilities. In addition to events, Heather supervises Conference Services, Sound and Lighting Technical Services, Ticket Office, College Receptionist and Centralized Scheduling of campus facilities.

Heather is a member of ACCED-I (Association of Collegiate Conference & Events Directors) and NAACO (North American Association of Commencement Offices).

Heather has been working at Messiah College since May 1998. She graduated from Millersville University with a B.S. in Speech Communication. She lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband Gregg and their sons, Jack and Levi.
