Messiah College Conference Services welcomes conferences both big and small. The campus is the perfect location for church retreats, conferences, and camps of a non-profit nature. The mission of the Office of Conferences and Event Services is to promote Messiah College and meet the needs of the internal and external community by offering facilities and services to selective organizations and associations for educational conferences, meetings, and workshops. We will make special efforts to schedule the use of our facilities for those who share our unique institutional, educational, and religious perspective. We strive to provide quality customer service and hospitality to the college community and to guests as well as prompt, well-organized conference, event and meeting planning services.

Messiah College is located on 400 acres of scenic rural countryside, in southcentral Pennsylvania, ten miles southwest of Harrisburg. It is easily accessible by air, train, bus, and automobile. It is within a 2 hours drive from large cities such as Philadelpia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.

One Stop Shop Logo The Office of Conference & Event Services has been recognized for outstanding service by the Association of Collegiate Conference & Events -International’s One-Stop Shop Certification Center. This is the industry’s premier resource for defining and identifying conforming campus venues. In September of 2006, our operation was certified as a One Stop Shop. Certification ensures that our services more closely match the level of service provided by convention facilities and finer hotels.
