Meet the Callers

      

Each semester, a group of approximately 30 students gather in Old Main to call our alumni, parents, and friends in order to secure their support of the College. Please take a few minutes to read about our callers and say “hello” when they call.

Major: Psychology

   

Career Goals: I would like to attend graduate school to pursue a career in psychological research.

   

Activities: Symphonic Winds, Koinonia, and volunteer at Boy’s and Girl’s Club of America

   

I chose Messiah College because… I love the positive Christian atmosphere as well as the academic challenge that the school has to offer.

   

The most memorable experience that I have had at Messiah… I was able to go on a trip with my floor recently, and it was a great way to bond as a floor and strengthen our friendships.

   

I believe that giving to Messiah is important because … giving helps nearly every student be able to afford Messiah, as well as be able to participate in the many opportunities that are available for students, such as missions and service trips and study abroad.

   

The most rewarding thing about being a phonathon caller is… that I am able to give back to a program that has enabled me to be able to afford Messiah.
