 Many gifts to the Student Impact Fund are “small” gifts that add up to make a tremendous impact. For instance:
- It would take an additional $30 million in endowment funds to generate the annual income that the Student Impact Fund provides each and every year.
- Gifts of $35 and under added up to $57,135 in 2006-07.
- If every alumnus who is not currently supporting Messiah College would make a gift of just $35 this year, that would add up to $472,135—a significant amount that would make a tremendous difference at Messiah College.
- Even very small gifts of $5 and $10 help to create healthy giving participation rates, which are looked at by foundations and corporations when considering large grants and gifts to Messiah. Therefore, small gifts help us qualify for much larger, transformational gifts!
