Funding Priorities

The Development Office is committed to the privilege of articulately and persuasively presenting the mission and needs of Messiah College. Our primary aim is to challenge potential donors to provide the needed resources to “educate men and women toward maturity of intellect, character, and Christian faith, in preparation for lives of service, leadership, and reconciliation in church and society.”

Student Impact Fund

The Student Imact Fund, Messiah College's annual fund, provides a revenue stream of close to $1.5 million each year. Gifts of all sizes to the Student Impact Fund collectively make a tremendous impact at Messiah College. To learn more, click here.

Financial Aid and Scholarship Endowment

As the cost of higher education increases across the nation, Messiah College is trying to make the Messiah experience affordable for all families by raising $20 million for financial aid over the next five years. To do this, the College has launched an initiative called Opening Doors to Educational Opportunities: The Financial Aid Initiative at Messiah College. The focus of this initiative is to raise funds for outright, immediate aid and scholarship endowments, which provide a perpetual income stream earmarked for scholarships.

Endowment

Each year, Messiah College's endowment provides a steady revenue stream that supplements the operational budget and helps keep tuition increases to a minimum, making a long-lasting impact and ensuring that the College remains on the forefront of Christian higher education. Missions

Each year, Messiah College offers dozens of missions and service opportunities to our students. Your gift to the Student Impact Fund may be designated to sustain and encourage growth in these faith-building projects. From providing scholarships for independent student missions or service projects, to supporting College-sponsored teams ministering in locations such as China, Belize, or Uganda, your gift enables our students to bring the Kingdom of Christ to a hurting world.
