Susan Gilbert, RD

Hello, my name is Susan Gilbert, and I’m the nutritionist at the Engle Center for Counseling and Health Services.  As a registered dietitian/licensed dietitian-nutritionist, I am available by appointment to provide nutrition assessment, intervention, and counseling to both Messiah College students and employees.

Please contact me through the Engle Center to schedule a confidential conversation about concerns such as: 

• eating well on campus

• disordered eating behaviors

• eating disorders including anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa

• food allergies

• food intolerance

• sports nutrition

• weight management

• medical nutrition therapy for diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, PCOS, and many other  conditions
