Triathlon Registration

Every team must complete the online registration form (one form per team). Registration deadline is Friday, April 19, 2013. Any questions about registration may be emailed to Rhonda King.

The links to the registration form and the release waiver are below. Only one registration form is needed per team. Each team member must sign the release waiver.
