Welcome to Facility Maintenance

The facility maintenance service department is responsible for the maintenance, repairs and or replacement of all electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, lighting, roofing, flooring, carpentry, windows, key control, door hardware, and utilities located on College Property. The department is responsible for maintaining the campus aquatic facilities and campus construction coordinator.

The department consists of twenty-one tradesmen and mechanics that work together to keep the college machinery and buildings running smoothly. The tradesmen consist of licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC/R mechanics. These individuals take care of major repairs and installations across campus. The mechanics are responsible for responding to calls and diagnosing the problems. The facility maintenance service department also takes care of minor repairs and preventative maintenance issues.
