Welcome to the Lenhert Building Front Office Staff
The front office staff provides administrative support to the facility maintenance service department, grounds services, fleet services, environmental health and safety department, trash and recycling services and the project area. When a workorder is received in the department please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. We do prioritize and give immediate attention to requests that are of an urgent nature. We urge you to phone the Facility Services front office number at X6011 to report emergency situations. We thank you in advance for your continued cooperation and patience. If there are room or apartment building maintenance concerns of a NON-URGENT nature, please use our Housing Work Order Hotline number, X7250, and leave a detailed message. If the maintenance concern is of an urgent nature, you should call X6011 Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm, or Dispatch at X6005 after office hours and weekends. Vendor Pass Announcement To insure the ongoing safety of our College community, any vendors (contractors, sales representatives, service technicians, etc.) coming onto campus, are asked to check in at one of two locations: ECC at the Dispatch desk (open 24 hours) or the Facility Services front office at Lenhert (operating hours 7:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday).
