Kline Hall

The HAVC system is being replaced in Kline Hall. Work will begin in May 2007 and be completed by August 15, 2007. The building will be closed for the summer.

Questions where staff are relocated to should be directed to Jeff Moshier, Dean of Health and Natural Science.

Questions related to the project should be directed to Russ Ehrich, Project Manager

Update (August 10, 2007)
Basement, first and second floors have been completed and are being cleaned for occupancy. Third floor will be turned over to us on Monday August 13th. Equipment testing and air balancing is underway. Building and site cleanup will be underway the week of August 13th.

Update (July 1, 2007)
All demolition is completed and installation of the new equipment is moving as scheduled. Several pieces of equipment have not been received yet however the contractor does not feel it will impact the schedule. The general contractor estimates that they are 63% completed.

           

Update (June 2, 2007)

• Substantial work began on May 21, 2007. This building will be shut down during the summer, offices have been relocated to Jordan.
• The four existing air handlers will be replaced with five.
• New VAV (variable air volume) units will be installed in most rooms to allow better control over individual spaces.
• The contractor is in the demolition phase of the project.
