Learning Management System (LMS)

A Learning Management System (LMS) is a teaching and learning environment that features course management, online assessments, student tracking, assignments, and virtual collaboration.

Use the LMS to post:

• Announcements
• Syllabi
• Course Calendars
• Staff Information
• Office Hours
• Assignments
• Handouts
• Manuals and other course materials
• Tests/Quizzes and Surveys

All of these items can be added, modified and removed at any time.

The following features are also available:

• E-mail that works in conjunction with a student's Groupwise while allowing the instructor to quickly customize the reciepient list for each email.
• Collaboration Tools such as Chat rooms, Forums, Blogs and Wikis allow instructors and students to participate in lessons and discussions.
