Debbie joined Messiah College in July 1993. She began her employment at Messiah managing Student Telephone Services for 10 years. In June of 2003 she took over as the Manager of Falcon Card Services. The Ticket Office has since replaced Student Telephone Services which now resides in the same office as Card Services. Shelby Bittinger manages the Ticket Office and provides backup support for the Card Services Office.

The Falcon Card Services Office provides Identification Cards for students, employees, departments, alumni, family, conferences, retirees and friend cards to the surrounding community. This multifunction card can be used as a debit/credit card for on campus products and services. It is used to provide security access into reader locations all over campus. It is used to access meal plans, accounts and privileges and can be used as a library card. It can provide charges for copying and hospitality for departments across campus. With the use of the Blackboard Transaction software all accounts and privileges can be set up individually. It is also used to define keyboards, operating schedules and pricing for various retail locations on campus.
