STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARDS

Student card – Used as identification wherever needed on campus

Used to obtain entrance into Lottie Nelson Dining Room by accessing your Meal Plan, Ala Carte Plan, Flex or Falcon Dollar account.

Used as a debit card after depositing funds into your Falcon Dollars, Flex or Ala Carte account.

Deposits can be made at the Business Office counter in Old Main, or

VTS (Value Transfer Station) machines. These machines are located on 2nd floor Eisenhower, Grantham Residence Lounge, Murray Library and the Student Union Alcove 1st Floor, or online using the CashNet e-billing site.

(Note: Please be careful when depositing into the VTS machines that you chose the correct account as Flex and Ala Carte funds can only be used for food.)

Falcon Dollars Account: When money is deposited into your Falcon Dollars Account, your account becomes active. This account may be used in the Lottie Nelson Dining Room, Falcon Express, Larsen Student Union Cafe, Book Store, Ticket Office, Vending Machines, Laundry Machines and Copying Machines, and select special functions around campus.

Note: There is a $50.00 Daily Copying Limit on your card at unattended readers. This is the amount you will see when you place your card in the reader. This is not your account balance. Your true balance will show when you pull your card from the reader.

Other Card Uses include:

Used as a Library Card to check out books in the campus Library.

Dorm Access (Residential Dorms)

Facility Access (Computer Labs, Recreational Facilities and Academic Buildings)

To sign up for special activities and receive student discounts, both on and off campus.

Please report this card if lost or stolen immediately to the Card Services Office. If after office hours, please report to Dispatch Office located in Eisenhower Campus Center.

Do not punch holes in or otherwise deface this card. Any deliberate defacement will be subject to a $15.00 replacement fee. This card should be treated with the same care as you would your bank cards.

ALUMNI IDENTIFICATION CARDS

An Alumni Card may be purchased for $5.00.

Alumni card – Used as identification wherever needed on campus

Used as a debit card after depositing funds into your Falcon Dollars.

Deposits can be made at the, Business Office or

VTS (Value Transfer Station) machines. These machines are located on 2nd floor Eisenhower, Grantham Residence Lounge, Murray Library and the Student Union Alcove 1st Floor.

Falcon Dollars Account: When money is deposited into your Falcon Dollars Account, your account becomes active. This account may be used in the Lottie Nelson Dining Room, Falcon Express, Larsen Dining, Book Store, Ticket Office, Vending Machines, Laundry Machines and Copying Machines.

Copies are .05 when using your Falcon Dollars account.

Immediate family members (ie: spouse, dependent children) may use your Alumni Card to use the Colleges’ facilities.

Employee card – Used as identification wherever needed on campus

Used as a debit card after depositing funds into your Falcon Dollars.

Deposits can be made at the, Business Office counter in Old Main or

VTS (Value Transfer Station) machines. These machines are located on 2nd

floor Eisenhower, Grantham Residence Lounge,  Murray Library and the Student

 Union Alcove 1st Floor.

 Lottie Nelson Dining Room, Falcon Express, Larsen Dining, Book Store,

FAMILY IDENTIFICATION CARDS

Family Card – Used as identification wherever needed on campus

Family member must be a spouse, or a dependent child between the ages of 14- 21 of an employee. Child must be parent’s dependent if between the ages of 18 – 21.

A parent must accompany children under age 14 and the child would not need a card.

A Family Card may be used to check out books at the campus library.

It is also used as a debit card on campus using a Falcon Dollar account.

Once money is deposited to your Falcon Dollars Account your debit account becomes active. You may use the funds in Lottie Nelson Dining, Falcon Express, Larsen Dining, Bookstore, Ticket Office, and various Vending and Copier machines on campus.

You may deposit into your Falcon Dollars account at the Business Office counter in Old Main or use the VTS machines on campus. These machines are located on 2nd floor Campus Center, Grantham Residence Lobby, 1st floor alcove outside of Larsen Dining and the Library alcove by the copier machines.

Your Family card may be used to gain access to various campus facilities. (ie: pool, fitness center, weight room and gym)

(Please note: Family Card holders may not use their card for additional guests)
