Industrial Automation Engineering College Scholarships ASCO Numatics, a division of Emerson, is a manufacturer of comprehensive fluid automation solutions, flow control, and pneumatics. They are offering the 2009/2010 engineering college scholarship program aimed at rewarding exceptional undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a career in manufacturing and processing engineering. ASCO Numatics will award two, $5,000 scholarships to U.S. engineering students who are pursuing careers in industrial automation-related disciplines. The scholarships are merit-based and will be awarded on the candidate's potential for leadership and for making a significant contribution to the engineering, instrumentation, systems, and automation professions, particularly as they relate to the application of fluid control and fluid power technologies. Scholarship recipients may be eligible for an ASCO Numatics internship. Applications must be submitted online at www.asconumatics.com/scholarship by June 30, 2009.

 

The Cardonors.com Scholarship is available to students who are attending or planning to attend an accredited U.S. college. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be in good standing at your current institution. This award is offered every three months and the deadlines are: March 15, May 31, August 31, and December 31. The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship offers a competition for awards for undergraduate study abroad. This scholarship provides awards for US undergraduate students who are receiving federal Pell Grant funding at a 2-year or 4-year college.
