Prescription Drug Plan - Medco Health
|
$100 retail deductible - subscriber will pay $100 deductible per person at the pharmacy before the copayment begins. The deductible is based on the calendar year.
$15 generic/$35 brand, retail copayment - the amount subscriber will pay at the pharmacy per prescription after the $100 deductible is met. This is for up to a 31 day supply of medication. Mandatory generic.
$30 generic/$70 brand mail order copayment - covers a 90-day supply of medication. There is no deductible. |
Waiver of Health Insurance
Messiah College will pay a waiver bonus, in lieu of college health insurance coverage, of up to $1,000 (pro-rated) to eligible employees with verification of other health insurance coverage. Dental insurance is not included in the waiver but covered under Delta Dental. |
