Dean of the School of Health and Natural Sciences MESSIAH COLLEGE invites applications for DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF HEALTH AND NATURAL SCIENCES Messiah College is a nationally recognized Christian college of the liberal and applied arts and sciences, located in south-central Pennsylvania. Candidates must be strongly committed to the educational mission of the College to educate students toward maturity of intellect, character, and Christian faith in preparation for lives of service, leadership, and reconciliation. The Dean will provide leadership to five academic departments along with the Oakes Museum of Natural History. The School has 43 full-time faculty, 31 adjunct faculty, and approximately 650 students within 14 undergraduate major programs. The School also participates significantly in the College’s General Education program. Successful applicants will be expected to:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits include TIAA-CREF, life, health, and dental insurance, and college tuition assistance for dependents.
