GET RID OF UNWANTED SPAM
Remove unwanted Spam Mail from your GroupWise mailbox with SpamAssassin. SpamAssassin gives you greater control over Spam Mail. It's easy to set up and configure. Online Documentation is available to show you how to set up and configure GroupWise prior to using SpamAssassin. After you have configured GroupWise, click here to login to SpamAssassin using your GroupWise username and password.
QUICK FIX: Restoring your SENT ITEMS folder.

From the main GroupWise window, go to the File Menu >> New >> Folder.
  1. Click "Find Results Folder"

  2. Click "Predefined Find Results Folder"

  3. Click "Sent Items"

  4. Click the Next button at the bottom of the window.
Position your folder in the Folder List then click Finish.


GroupWise at Home and GroupWise WebAccess

GroupWise WebAccess is a very popular, very easy to use alternative to installing the full GroupWise client software on home PCs. GroupWise WebAccess is very easy to use and can be accessed via your existing ISP or by dialing Messiah's modem pool and typing https://mymail.messiah.edu in to your browser's address bar . Please be sure to read the preliminary configuration notes prior to attempting to use GroupWise WebAccess.

A slightly more involved alternative to using GroupWise WebAccess is to install the GroupWise client software. This is the same software that is installed on your office computer at Messiah. Visit Media Services, in the basement of the library, to sign out a copy of the software. Please note: ITS does not provide support for software installation on home computers.
