Installing GroupWise Mobile on a PDA:

Please be aware before performing these steps a data plan with your carrier may be required and text messaging charges may apply depending on the plan you have with your carrier.

1. Login to gwmobile.messiah.edu with your employee username and password.
   
   
2. Verify that the time zone is correct (Eastern)
   
   
3. Fill in City (Grantham) and Zip Code (17027)
   
   
4. Verify Name and e-mail address are correctly filled in.
   
   
5. Click Next
   
   
6. Chose which PDA you want to install
   
   
7. Click Next
   
   
8. Choose Next under No, Thanks.  Please install through my PC.
   
   
9. Click Install
   
   
10. When done, click download complete.  You may need to do some stuff on the pda itself to finish the install.
    
    
11. Pull the PDA off the dock and run Intellisync from the PDA
    
    
12. Choose Menu, Sync Settings and choose the options you want.  Mail inbox is not recommended.
    
    
13. Click OK.
    
    
14. Choose Menu, SyncXpress Settings and choose the options you want.  Mail inbox is not recommended.
    
    
15. Choose Menu, Push/Readysync setup.
    
    
16. Check Enable ReadySync
    
    
17. Everyday, 6 am to 10 pm.
    
    
18. ReadySync interval: Every 10 minutes
    
    
19. Check Start ReadySync when device connects.
    
    
20. Try clicking Sync and see what happens.
