Outlook: Using the "Bcc:" Field 
In Outlook, the "Bcc:" (blind carbon copy) field allows you to address a message to multiple individuals or a distribution list without disclosing the recipients' addresses.
To use the "Bcc" field do the following:
Open a new message. From the Options tab, in the "Show Fields" section, click Bcc. The "Bcc:" field will now appear. It will also stay there for use during subsequent messages.
Open a new message. From the Options tab, (in the "Show Fields" section of Outlook for Windows), click Bcc. The "Bcc:" field will now appear. It will also stay there for use during subsequent messages.
