Outlook: Customize the Ribbon
- Open Outlook.
- Click the File tab.
- Click Options.
- In the Outlook Options window, click Customize Ribbon.
- Choose the functionality that you want to add the ribbon and click on Add>>>.
***Note: Be sure you have the ribbon selected (on the right side) that you want to add the new functionality to.
- Once you are done customizing the ribbon, click OK. Now you will see the new function added to the ribbon you specified
