Level 1 - Full Support Information Technology Services will install and provide end user support; answering questions, troubleshooting, etc. A supported software product is one that has been determined to be essential to the regular operation of the college.
Level 2 - Limited Support Information Technology Services will help install the software, if necessary, but we generally do not provide any help using the software. A limited support software product is one that a group of users or a department requires to carry out regular duties.

Level 3 - Unsupported All Software not noted in levels 1 and 2. The user is fully responsible for installation, obtaining support (not from Information Technology Services), etc. These applications do not require approval for installation, however, if they are determined to cause problems Information Technology Services reserves the right to remove the application.
