Classroom Support
Call ext. 2222 if you are in a classroom and the equipment is not working. Call right from the classroom for quick, emergency classroom support during regular business hours on days that classes are in session.

After Hours Support
After regular working hours, ITS staff will be on call around the clock to investigate wide-spread server, network, and internet problems for systems faults affecting large segments of the campus community. After hours support will not be given for individual problems. The most common wide-spread problems that may be encountered are problems with the email system, the main web site, the internet, the student K drive, the employee O or N drive, and the card access system.
