Personal Calls
The College's telephone system is provided for business use. Personal calls should be made from coin telephones or by using a personal telephone calling card. Personal calls that are charged to a department phone should be promptly reimbursed to the department.

Long Distance
Long distance calls dialed from college’s numbers are automatically routed to the least expensive path available on Messiah’s private long distance network.

3rd Party Calls/900 & 976 calls
Billing of third party calls to college lines is blocked. In addition, college lines are blocked from placing calls to area code 900 and exchange 976 ("Dial It" lines).

Collect Calls
College lines are blocked from accepting collect calls.
