Telephone Training
For new employees, training happens one of two ways: Through a joint session conducted by the College Receptionist or by fellow employees of the department an employee works for. If there are questions about a phone or features, “com” and “pickup” groups, system forwarding, class of service for outbound calling, etc., please call the College Receptionist, Kathy Gates, x3770 or the Asst. Director of Telecommunication Services, Chris Culbert, x 7240. |
