The Office of Multicultural Programs advances the overall mission of Messiah College and the Division of Student Affairs by providing educational programs, services, and resources that promote racially, ethnically, culturally, and globally diverse, safe, and transformative learning environments for all domestic and international members of the college community.

Our mission is to educate men and women toward maturity of intellect, character, and Christian faith in preparation for lives of service, leadership, and reconciliation in church and society.

Our mission recognizes that in order for our graduates to effectively serve, lead, and reconcile in church and society, they and the institutions entrusted with their education must be competent in diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, and global contexts.
