Initiate a print or web project
Print projects
To ensure the integrity of the College’s visual identity standards and brand, consistency and quality of design and content, and adherence to U.S. postal regulations, the Office of Marketing and Public Relations is required by the College to design, proofread and coordinate the mailing for College offices and programs needing print publications or digitally-delivered communications (such as html emails) that will be delivered to 200 or more off-campus recipients.
A minimum of five weeks, from the time complete content is submitted to OMPR, is needed to complete a printed publication or a digitally delivered communication (such as an HTML email) project.
Please contact Kim Christen, the office’s services coordinator, at ext. 7342 or kchriste@messiah.edu with questions about how to initiate a print or digitally delivered project, and she will guide you through the process.
Web projects
Project schedules begin when the web team receives a completed wireframe (navigational plan) and the final, approved content for a site. Most projects take 10 weeks to complete after these items have been submitted.
