Outgoing Mail Time
All US Mail collected from campus offices or the Campus Post Office leaves campus each business day around 3 p.m.

Departmental Metering
The Campus Post Office meters mail and charges it to departments. The mail should have the 4 digit departmental code under the return address section of the envelope. We can only charge to your postage object code, which is 6328.

Mail to be metered needs to be in the Campus Post Office by 2:30 p.m. to go out by 3 p.m.

Stamp Sales
Postage stamps and other USPS services are sold in the Bookstore.

Addressing
The standard Messiah Address should look like this:

Your Name
Messiah College
Your PO Box number
One College Avenue
Grantham , PA 17027

All lines of this address should be used if possible due to the fact that the Messiah College Post Office requires the box number for distribution, and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box alone, thus the need for One College Avenue.
