Accountable Mail
The Campus Post Office receives accountable mail such as Express Mail, Certified Mail, Insured Mail, etc. from the Grantham Post Office. We notify the person or office of the receipt of such mail that requires a signature upon its arrival.

Courier Service
We offer mail delivery via courier once a day to campus offices on a regular delivery route. The courier begins these routes at 12:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. The courier delivers US and campus mail and picks up campus mail and outgoing US mail on their route.

Forwarding Mail
The Campus Post Office forwards mail for the campus for 1 year after someone leaves the college. We also forward mail for the summer for those who are not on campus.

Mail Distribution
We receive mail from the Grantham Post Office each morning and sort and deliver it to the campus. We also distribute campus mail, UPS and FedEx packages, and do mass mailings for the campus. We maintain mailboxes for students, faculty and staff.

Metering
We meter outgoing US mail for campus offices and keep track of postage charges such as outgoing mail postage, business reply fees, and bulk mailing charges.
