Messiah College traveling music ensembles offer a wide selection of performance options, so event organizers may choose to involve an ensemble as best meets the needs of their organizations. The traveling ensembles generally request an honorarium, contingent on the size of the group, and charge a small fee to cover travel expenses.

When calling to request a group, please provide the following information:

• Date and time of requested performance
• Your organization's name
• Length of time you would like the ensemble to perform
• Nature of the program, service or other activity in which the ensemble will perform
• Contact name and phone number
• If your venue is church related, please include your pastor's name
• Your organization's phone number, fax number, and e-mail, if available
