Katie Ness '08 (left) and Marlene Valderrama, a student from Westmont, California, enjoyed the hang-out opportunities and exploration time provided during field trips.  In Venice, they listened to open-air musicians in a piazza over lunch and tested their navigation skills in the narrow Venetian streets.
