Emily Howell '10, and Paul Gustafson '09 — two Messiah engineering students who worked with Pratt on "Design Squad" — discuss with him the construction of electronic motors. Pratt enjoyed working with Messiah students throughout the process.  "Actually I was pushed for getting some grad students because in the past the technical director always had 3 or 4 of his grad students from MIT," Pratt says.  " And I thought, no, even if it’s more work for me, I want this to be a good experience for my students.”
