Heather Hostler '99
Heather Hostler joins the psychology faculty nearly a decade after graduating from the same department with a minor in philosophy. She has completed a Psy.D. in clinical psychology at Wheaton College and a post-doctoral internship at Philhaven. She has served as an adjunct instructor at Messiah since 2005. Her interests include scrap booking, experimenting with new recipes, blogging, and organizing just about anything. Heather also teaches weekly preschool dance lessons with Leaps and Bounds and provides neuropsychological assessment to clients with Behavioral Healthcare Consultants. She lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband Bud, three children ages 5, 2, and 7 months, and two hyperactive cats. |

Brandon Hoover
Brandon comes to us as a theology graduate of Eastern University . He finds the core values of Messiah and the Agapé Center a good fit with his passions of seeing Christ preeminent in academics, community, and serving not only "the least of these", but also serving peers and colleagues. He is excited to combine his passions of theology, environmental ethics, and urban development while challenging and encouraging students to expand their horizons in these areas. He is a person who thrives in social atmospheres so he looks forward to working with the team at the Agapé Center and is excited about the new opportunities and challenges that await him. |
Dorca Kisare-Ressler
Dorca, originally from Musoma, Tanzania, lives with her husband and three sons in Lancaster, Pa. She holds a Master's of Science degree in counseling and college student personnel from Shippensburg University and a B. A. in psychology from Millersville University. She enjoys discussing world events, reading, gardening, and traveling. Dorca did her practical training as a Career Counselor at Millersville University. More recently, at Franklin & Marshall College, she worked with student groups at the Office of Multicultural Affairs, and assisted with advising students for study abroad experiences and also advising international students through the Office of International Programs. |
