In her twenty years of teaching at Messiah, Joan Maybee, adjunct instructor in biology, has made extraordinary contributions as both an adjunct instructor and senior lecturer.
She has consistently strived to stay abreast of new developments in human biology and to teach her students with compassion and enthusiasm. Joan has also served the department effectively on various committees, most recently on Social Events, which entails a great deal of behind-the-scenes planning.
