Several of the cooks at Ho Farms welcomed me into their kitchen and taught me how to make local Ghanaian delicacies. Here, one of the ladies is putting a coating of bread crumbs onto a ball of mashed yam before shallow frying it in palm oil. Yam balls became one of our favorite foods as a group during the village part of our trip.
