Student Housing for 2013-2014
Types of Rooms: Single Rooms—These rooms are constructed for one resident. There is one bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, and closet. The single room rate is $2385 per semester. Double Rooms—These rooms are constructed for two residents. The beds provided may be bunked and there are two dressers, desks, desk chairs, bookshelves, and closets. The double room rate is $2230 per semester. Designed Triple Rooms—These rooms are designed to accommodate three residents. The beds provided may be bunked two high for metal-framed beds and three high for wood-framed beds and there are three dressers, closets, desks, desk chairs, and two bookshelves for the residents of the room. The triple room rate is $1765 per semester. Quads—These rooms are designed to house four residents. The rooms are furnished with four beds that may be bunked, four desks, desk chairs, dressers, closets and three bookshelves. The quad room rate is $1870 per semester.
Types of Housing Options: Grantham — A co-ed residence hall housing approximately 200 students. Grantham is reserved for upperclass students and is located within the North Complex (Grantham, Hess, Miller). The ground floor will house incoming female transfer students. It has a recreation room, large main lounge, and television lofts. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning. In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms. Miller — An all-male residence hall housing approximately 135 students. Miller is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the North Complex (Grantham, Hess, Miller) and across the street from Naugle Residence and Fry Apartments. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning. In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms. Mountain View — A co-educational residence hall housing approximately 210 students. Mountain View is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the South Complex (Bittner, Mountain View, Sollenberger). Mountain View is the newest residence hall built on campus, and features the South Side Cafe in the basement. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning. In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms. Sollenberger — An co-educational residence hall housing approximately 180 students. Sollenberger is reserved for upperclass students, and is located within the South Complex (Bittner, Mountain View and Sollernberger). The lower level houses a computer lab, TV lounge, and billiard room. All rooms have cable TV and Internet connections as well as carpet and air-conditioning. In addition, each floor has a lounge, public kitchen and private study rooms.
